Fork Lift

These agencies are a complete waste of space and everyone’s time not to mention effort, He no sooner starts, then they let him go sign off sign on ect. he has lost numerous jobs through agencies not to mention his homes, because arreas in rent. how are people supposed to live .what about men that have a family to support as well? Do Kids go hungry then?.. My son could get a job tomorrow through an agency.. but for how lomg? To get a real job take so much longer. he has tried everywhere still looking.. are there any kind employers out there willing to take on a fork lift driver with counter balance and reach.. licenses? He has even thought of being a cargo handler or working on a cruise ship. The goverment should knock these stupid agencies in the head And help their people get real stable jobs.
My son does have education although not the degree.I was’nt aware one needed a degree to work as a fork lift driver or to work on a council as a bin man I am however aware it is not the goverments responsibility to get people a job. But they should do away with agencies.. years ago one could just walk in to an industrial place and get a job. not anymore. The agencies have taken over. He lives in the nottinghamshire mansfield area. and has written to many companies. For cargo handling.. or cruise ship we actually did’nt know how to get into this perhaps someone could shed some light. point him in the right direction.. Cargo handling he would’nt mind, either at an airport or docks. he is prepared to go abroad as well ie: europe.
